The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

As you may know, a challenge known as the Ice Bucket Challenge which was made to raise money and awareness for ALS.
I don't know much about the condition itself but when the ice is thrown over the body it is meant to represent the feeling of numbness that someone with ALS would feel.

I think this is a great way to raise awareness as it is something everyone can get involved in. Even celebrities all over the world have been soaking themselves and donating money.
