Feeling Sad?

I think it's safe to say that we all find our selves feeling a bit sad every once in a while. The biggest problem is, what can you do when you feel sad and helpless?
Heres a list of  6 things that I do when I am sad:

1. STOP - Don't overthink! Overthinking can and more than likely will make things worse.

2. RELAX - Sit down on the sofa, your bed or where ever you feel most comfertable.

3. MOVIES - In my opinion watching movies is one of my favourite and most affective ways of calming myself down.

4. MUSIC - Alternatively, I like to plug in my head phones and shut the world out. Singing along to your favourite bands or singer will surely brighten your mood.

5. READ - Personally, I think books are an extremely affective way of calming down or clearing your head. When reading your heads filled with so many different, creative thoughts that you forget about everything else.

6. LAUGH - I'm always up for a laugh and calling up a friend may be a good way to do this. Friends always know whats best for you.
