My Night Time Routine

Night time can sometimes be a time when we put no thought or effort into our actions and go to bed and dream of meeting a band member, still with our make-up on.
To stop myself from sleeping with my make-up on, I created myself a night time routine, suited for me.
Feel free to try this routine and see if it works for you.
1. About an hour and a half before I go to bed I will wash my face gently with water and apply a face mask. (I only apply face masks when I feel stressed or I feel my skin deserves a treat)
2. Whilst waiting for the face mask to dry, I will put on a comfy onsie and sit down with a book. (Girl Online atm)

3. After around 10 minutes (or whatever the required time) I wash of the mask with warm water and pat my face dry with a towel.
4. I then make myself an Oreo hot chocolate and resume my reading position on my bed.
5. After around an hour of reading, I make sure all electricals are turned off and all candles are blown out.
6. I then take one last scroll through twitter and then finally SLEEEEP!

I'm usually awful at sleeping, I try to make sure I have enough sleep but always get side tracked with twitter(@Megan_kingy shameless self promo)
