New Purchases

So today I'm going to talk about my most recent purchase from both drugstore and high end brands!
So we shall start from the left of the photo...
The Matt Essence XXXL Longlasting lipglos, let me start of by saying these are incredible. I have 2 of the 3 colours which are a nude pink and brown. The feel like butter on the lips and do not dry like your average matte lipstick. They glide on like a mixture between a gloss and lipstick yet have a matte finish. These are £2.30 and are sold in all sorts of drugstores, I picked mine from my local Wilkos. I highly reccomend these!
Underneath these lipsticks is a PS Love (Primark) lip liner which was only £1! This is in the colour NUDE. As I've probably mentioned before these liners are incredible, they last all day and do not budge. I highly reccomend these liners for the price the quality is amazing so I will definitely pick up the rest of their range, let me know if you want a HOT or NOT on the primark range!
Below that is an unusual product. I found this in my local pounland and was shocked to see that it is Maybelline. This is a BB cream however it is very oily. I have combination skin which varies from oily to dry and this brought out my oils a lot! Althought the colour was amazing and the coverage was perfect fro a bb cream throughout the day my skin just became oilier. Unfortunately I do not reccomend this product.
Next to that is another Pounland bargain! A Lóreal eye shadow...unfortunately I have forgtten the name of this and do not have it near me but the pigmentation in this is amazing! I seem to use exclamation marks a lot but I guess it's the only way for me to really express my love for these products. But from what I remember this is in she shade 001 and is perfect for a bright underbrow highlight. I highly suggest you go to your local poundland to find some of these!
Above that is another PS Love product. This is a bronzing brick this was £2.50 and in my opinion is not a bronzer. There is no colour to this just a lot of shimmer. I have been putting this to the test and really like blending all the colours together to create a beautiful cheek highlighter. It is very subtle and perfect for creating a dewy natural look.
Onto a more pricy purchase...The Balms, Balm Voyage Volume II palette. This palette has everything you would ever need in it! All of the products are insanely pigmented and blend like a dream. This is definitely not a begginers product due to the high pigmentation as it can be quite scary using such an intense blush or bronzer. This was £16.99 in my local TK Maxx reduced from £26.
Another high end is the Too Faced bronzer/blush. I cannot remember the name of this one but it has a beautiful shimmer bronzer and a coral orange blush . My expectations for this were rather high meaning I was rather dissapointed when the pigmentation wasn't the best. This is very subtle and quite easy to build up for better pigmentation.
Lastly a smaller purchase, a Barry M lipstick in Chocoalte I think. This is beautiful on top of the brown lip liner and creates a beautiful ombré effect as its a bit darker. The smoothness of this lipstick is unreal it is definitely one of my favourites.I paid £2 for this from superdrug and lovelove love this colour!
So that concludes my recent purchases be sure to check out any of the products mentioned and leave any reccomendations in the comments below.
Bye x
